On Tuesday, November 26, Brown Capital Group (“BCG”) officially closed on The Row, a 111-unit Workforce Housing project near 22nd Street and the Monon Trail in Indianapolis, Indiana. We extend our thanks to everyone who helped achieve this and are excited for the future as this development begins.
The Row is located just two miles north of downtown Indianapolis. As Indianapolis exceeds national development and opportunity, BCG continues to position developments at the center of thriving economic expansion and cultural regeneration.
This project is being led by Grand Contracting, our trusted partner currently leading two other BCG projects. The architect is Blackline Studio, headquartered just a few miles from the site in Indianapolis. We look forward to seeing this project take shape and keep Indianapolis thriving.
