BCG was founded by Jarod Brown, who has developed over $500 Million of assets nationwide ranging from student housing, affordable, and workforce to Class A urban projects.
Formerly the Chief Development Officer with Indianapolis based Birge & Held, Jarod led both the market rate and LIHTC development teams.
Prior to his involvement in the real estate development business, Jarod practiced law in the area of real estate finance for 8 years, and was a founding partner of the law firm Densborn Blachly LLP, which is consistently ranked as one of the Best Law Firms by U.S. News & World Report.
