Two developers from Indianapolis are set to construct a 188-unit apartment complex close to Interstate 65 in Whitestown.
Brown Capital Group LLC and Strategic Capital Partners LLC are gearing up to undertake the development of The Grove at 5875 Perry Worth Road, situated northwest of Exit 130 on I-65, as per a press release.
Spanning 277,000 square feet, the project will encompass three buildings and a clubhouse, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 790 to 1,415 square feet. Expected monthly rents will fall between $1,400 and $2,100.
The clubhouse will feature amenities such as an outdoor pool, grilling area, conference room, and fitness center. The anticipated move-in period for residents is late 2025.
