With over a decade of industry experience, Brendan has consistently demonstrated his skill in navigating complex real estate markets. His strategic vision and critical thinking align seamlessly with BCG’s forward-focused approach, reinforcing our leadership in the field. We are confident that Brendan’s strengths will significantly contribute to the successful execution of our real estate development projects.
Prior to joining BCG, Brendan served as a Developer at Birge & Held, where he managed substantial apartment projects. Notable achievements include Greenview, a 216-unit apartment complex in Whitestown, IN, and The Grounds, a visionary 236-unit apartment and retail project in Indianapolis, IN. Brendan’s experience spans across esteemed organizations like Simon Property Group in Indianapolis and CAPREIT in Rockville, MD. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College.
Brendan’s arrival comes at a time of a robust development pipeline for BCG and aligns with opportunities arising from the ongoing growth of the Indianapolis MSA. His expertise and strategic insights are poised to drive these initiatives forward.
