Welcoming Matthew Schimpf

Brown Capital Group (BCG) is excited to announce the newest member of our team:
Matthew Schimpf, who is joining BCG as a Development Analyst. Matthew recently graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate.

Prior to joining BCG, Matthew interned at Regions Bank in Atlanta, GA. As a member of their Income Property Finance team, Matthew analyzed investment deals through the lens of a creditor, performed research on submarkets throughout the Southeast, and underwrote development projects in various asset classes.

Entering the real estate market during high levels of uncertainty has prepared Matthew with the critical skills necessary to identify opportunities amidst market volatility. With a keen eye for strategic investments, Matthew brings a unique perspective to the team. His proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and adaptability will enhance BCG’s capabilities and contribute to our continued success.

As Matthew transitions into his role at BCG, he is excited to explore the growing Indianapolis real estate market, leveraging his strong network and insights gained from his academic background. Additionally, Matthew is eager to contribute his innovative ideas to foster a culture of growth and excellence within the BCG team.
